Payment Policy
This Payment Policy governs all payments conducted on Kulisbet including deposits and withdrawals and forms part of the Terms of Use. It applies to every user and to every payment method supported by Kulisbet. Kulisbet may amend this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on the platform and apply to new transactions and to existing ones as applicable.
Definitions
- User means an individual with a Kulisbet account who conducts payments or receives payments under this policy.
 - Funds means money held in a User account including deposits, winnings and bonuses subject to any wagering requirements.
 - Deposit means funds credited to a User account by the User using an approved payment method.
 - Withdrawal means a request to transfer funds out of the User account to a payment method or wallet.
 - Payment Method means the channel used to fund deposits or receive withdrawals, including cards, wallets and bank transfers.
 
Deposits
- Minimum deposit is 20 USD or equivalent in the selected currency. Kulisbet may adjust minimums and publish changes on the platform.
 - Maximum deposit per transaction varies by method and jurisdiction; exact limits are shown in the cashier area of the platform.
 - Accepted methods include debit and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), bank transfers, and supported e wallets and payment solutions. Some methods may be unavailable depending on jurisdiction or currency.
 - Funds are credited to the User account within a reasonable time after successful processing by the payment provider. Some deposits may require additional verification before crediting.
 - Deposits must originate from the User or a payment method registered to the User. Deposits from illicit or unknown sources will be rejected and may trigger account review.
 - Currency and conversion: Kulisbet supports multiple fiat currencies. If the deposit currency differs from the account base currency, the payment provider will convert the funds and the User bears any conversion costs or fees charged by the provider.
 - KYC and verification: Kulisbet may require identity verification before accepting deposits or credits and may request documents at any time during the account lifetime.
 - Prohibition on illicit funds: It is unlawful to fund an account with proceeds of crime. Kulisbet reserves the right to verify origin of funds and to refuse or reverse deposits if needed.
 
Withdrawals
- Available withdrawal options are published on the platform and may differ by market.
 - Minimum withdrawal amount is 40 USD or equivalent; maximum per transaction depends on the chosen withdrawal method and market.
 - Eligibility requires completed identity verification and compliance with KYC requirements. Funds must be held in the User account and not subject to freezing or set off.
 - Fiat withdrawals are ordinarily permitted when the corresponding deposit was made in fiat; deposits made in virtual currency may limit the ability to withdraw in fiat and vice versa. Conversions may be performed by the payment provider if supported.
 - Crypto withdrawals will be sent to the User’s registered crypto wallet; withdrawals to other wallets require prior approval.
 - Turnover requirement: to be eligible for withdrawal, the funded balance must have a wagering turnover of at least 1x, subject to any bonus terms. Higher turnover may apply to bonus funds.
 - Withdrawal processing: withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business days after submission of a valid request and completion of KYC; Users may cancel before finalization.
 - Compliance and controls: Kulisbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activity is suspected; funds may be frozen.
 
Fees and Taxes
Users are responsible for all fees and taxes applicable to their winnings and funds in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction. Kulisbet does not provide tax advice. Any processing fees charged by payment providers or banks will be borne by the User unless stated otherwise on the platform. Kulisbet reserves the right to apply service charges for certain payment methods in compliance with applicable law.
Chargebacks and Refunds
A chargeback is the reversal of funds to the User or to the payer if the transaction is void or fraudulent. Kulisbet reserves the right to block or freeze the User account and to reverse or withhold funds in the event of a chargeback. Refunds, when applicable, are initiated and executed by Kulisbet using the original funding method or other lawful means; refunds are issued within two (2) business days after a valid request and notification to the User. Refunds do not apply to services consumed instantly during gameplay.
Compliance and Security
All payment activity on the platform is subject to KYC and AML controls. Kulisbet reserves the right to request documentation and to verify identity and source of funds at any time. Transactions may be reviewed or blocked to comply with applicable laws, sanctions, and risk controls. Kulisbet may suspend, freeze, or close accounts in cases of suspected fraud or non compliance.
Policy Changes
Kulisbet may amend this Payment Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the platform and apply to new and existing transactions, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Continued use after posting signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
